At Boutique Lifestyle Collective we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you receive a product that is defective, or damaged by the delivery process we have you covered.
- Quality Assurance: If you encounter a quality issue with any of our products, please let us know immediately. We will happily replace any item with a manufacturing defect if reported within 7 days of purchase.
- Damaged on Arrival: We take great care in packing your orders. However, if your item arrives damaged during transit, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us immediately upon receipt via the contact form on our store.

- In the Comments field, please include your Order Number and a description of the issue or fault.
- We will review your request and get back to you within 48 hours.
Please Note: Depending on the nature of the fault, we may request a photo of the damaged product via email. This helps us verify the issue and assists us in remediating any future delivery or manufacturing faults.
